PAT Testing is the term used to describe the process of testing all portable electrical appliances within a workplace. Most electrical appliances require a combined formal visual test and inspection every 12 months. This can vary depending on usage of the electrical appliances.
Local drop-in PAT Testing service
We offer a drop-in PAT Testing service for customers with less than 15 appliances. Our in-house PAT Testing team offers a competitive, while-you-wait service for customers with a few items.
We find our drop-in PAT Testing service very useful for DJ's, Bands, Entertainers and Freelancers. This service normally takes 30 minutes depending on the appliances. We carry out our drop in service from our premises in Speke, Liverpool.
Our drop-in service is a fast and efficient service and ensures you are compliant the same day as the testing is carried out. Our team understand the difficulties associated with schedules, so we work around your schedule. We are able to offer you the drop-in service from 8:30am to 4:30pm; Monday to Friday.

How much does the drop in service cost?
If you have less than 15 items and are based in Liverpool why not use our drop-in service. We have a one off charge for up to 10 items. This service is ideal for tradespeople, freelancers, musicians, and similar professionals who need a limited number of items tested. It offers a specialised, cost-effective solution tailored to those requiring minimal equipment testing, ensuring compliance and safety with minimal hassle.

What to expect from our Electrical Safety service
Our team provides a seamless and hassle-free PAT Testing service from start to finish. To begin, simply call or email one of our friendly staff members for an instant quote. Once you are satisfied with the quote, we will schedule a time and date that best suits your availability. Conveniently located just 1 mile from Liverpool Airport and a few miles from Liverpool City Centre, our facility is exceptionally easy to find.
On your scheduled testing day, our engineers will be ready to greet you at our premises at the appointed time. They are typically able to PAT Test between 15-20 items in approximately 30 minutes. Each item will be thoroughly tested and marked with a sticker indicating whether it has passed or failed.
Upon completion of the testing, you will receive an email containing a certificate and a detailed report for each item tested. The certificate serves as validation that the necessary steps have been taken to ensure the safety of the tested equipment. The detailed report will clearly outline which items passed or failed, providing you with complete transparency and peace of mind.
